Many are similar but perhaps it depends on who you spend your time with. Spend your time with people who produce what you enjoy and engage, and you will find content you enjoy and are willing to engage with. Same goes for producing. Many produce what they want and expect engagement without considering their audience. It is a one-sided conversation and not many enjoy being a part of that.
