Well, the 6th km of Friday’s run looks really fast!
You are right, running slowly has a lot of benefits, specially for developing aerobical condition and also release tensions and prepare the muscles for future faster runs.

Actually well picked up - it was all gently downhill mind!
I'd actually forgotten about that... I did 'cane' that last KM.
