cake flour 100g / 2/3cup
baking powder 1.5g / 1/2tsp
fresh milk 20ml / 4tsp
dried shredded coconut 30g / 1/3cup

Pan size 15x4x9cm

Bake at 170°C / 340°F for 30-35 minutes
