Can anyone identify this Cactus please?

I bought a little cactus a few days ago and have searched the internet for similar ones, without much luck.

Does anyone know what type it is please?

The furry tufts look like the fur on the old 'parker' hoods (mods or 70's gear!).

I think it is a type of Turbinicarpus, but i could be wrong!

This looks like some Echinopsis (Lobivia) to me. Have you seen the flowers that came up from those 'furry tufts'? It could help to find ID.
