Pumpkin Cake. The best homemade recipe.
Today I would like to share a rich recipe, which is one of my favorites. The pumpkin cake, is very dear to us Venezuelans.
Ingredients:
-1 medium pumpkin
-150gr. Butter
-4 eggs
-2 cups sugar
-1 can of condensed milk
-1 teaspoonful of vanilla
-Raisins to taste
-6 teaspoonful flour or cornstarch
Preparation:
-Start to cook the shellfish in medium pieces, then let it cool a little and remove it from the shell, add the butter and sugar and beat with a blender until it is creamy.
-Then the four eggs are poured the condensed milk and flour, and begin to beat with a wooden spoon, which is creamy.
-The cooking is in medium-low oven at 375º F or 180º C from 40 to 45 minutes; it is cheese type.
It is a very rich Venezuelan tradition
