Cake of Carrots
We had two attempts. My sister, Vivian heard how desperate I was to eat carrot cake... She watched YouTube tutorials to learn to bake me one... However, the first time was a disaster... It was like Carrot Pudding Cake... But the second attempt was perfect! With cream cheese!
With correct ingredient but less sugar!
The first was made with wrong ingredient - flour. The right one was multipurpose flour.
