Making a strawberry covered cake

This is one on my favorite cakes to create. The magic of this one is that the top does not need to be perfect as you will be covering it with chocolate covered strawberries. A little tip when melting chocolate for dipping: add 1 tbs for each cup of chocolate chips you melt, this will give you chocolate a great shine on what ever you cover.
