Great post. Where My parents are from tumeric is used for everything from spicing it up to healing wounds and even mixing it in milk for strenthing the inner body. I just had a baby and my mom added it raw too all my soups!

    How do you get the turmeric stains out of the cutting board or counter top? Please don't say "be more careful"! lol :)
