RE: Terry Fox died running across Canada to find a cure for cancer, but it had already been found
Thanks! Yeah, I was little but I remember Canada pulling together and rallying for him. We aren't very patriotic about certain things, but that really seemed to unite us. It was pretty rough when he faltered, and soon afterward died. He died hoping it would lead to more cancer research. Breaks my heart too, knowing the truth had been kept from him. I hope that by sharing information with people about how cannabinoids cure most cancers, MediKatie and I (and anyone else who is involved) are carrying on his legacy in a positive way. So much harm is still being done, legs are still being lost, people are still dying that might not have to. We need to finally acknowledge this massive lie that has been told for generations. Cannabis isn't dangerous to our health, and in many cases, replaces just about everything the pharmaceutical industry can pump out. And as we know, legalization is a lie, just more control and monopolization over the plant. It's not at all about freedom, or personal choice, or acknowledging all the harm that has been done, or justice for those who have suffered and died needlessly. Peaceful patients and growers are still going to jail in Canada, and many US states that have "legalized". This whole world is upside down, and cannabis prohibition is a big part of that.
