@choosefreedom, Steeming since July of 2017 and living in exile from the good ole' US of A since 2018. For what you ask? Surly it is because of something so horrible on why she is a wanted person!

But there is hope. With legalization sweeping state by state, there may be a light at the end of tunnel. Especially when you have great people risking their freedom and lives to stop the bull shit war against cannabis, exactly how @choosefreedom did. We are extremely honored and blessed to have her in our community. She stands up for what she be leaves is right, and what she does on the block chain is very contagious. I hear all this talk about mass adaption, but truly what we need is just a few thousand more people like her, then Steem would be the number one social media site out there! Much love, and thank you so much Choosefreedom for all you do, and thank you for leading by example.
Thank you so much for featuring me and my story. I’m honored to be a part of the global cannabis community as we fight together for justice. Thousands of people are sitting in cages right now and untold thousands more live in fear of having their peaceful lives destroyed for growing and distributing this medicinal plant. As we celebrate the loosened cannabis restrictions some are enjoying, we must not lose sight of this ongoing miscarriage of justice.
Yes it is very easy to forget cannabis is still very much illegal. Even though legalization is not perfect, or not ever close, but at least people are not being put in cages over it. It needs to stop now, hopefully soon.
Legalization of cannabis just gives law makers more rope to make tighter nooses. Seriously we need to Free the weed and decriminalize all aspects of this sacred life enhancing plant 🤷♀️❤

I was lucky that my close call with the law was right before medical went to recreational, I had my medical card, and I was super polite to the officer.
I'm sorry that you've had to uproot your life over this ridiculous reason. IT'S JUST A PLANT!!!
Glad it worked out. Your life can easily get ruined over this herb, and it is very hard to come back from it once you get in the system.
