a low quality high fluff gimmick.... go for real shatter if you want an extract. this is like fruity watered down pina coladas in sparkly mugs.... dumb
I have yet to find a shatter that gets me anywhere near the same flavor profile (cannabis, not fruit) as live resin. Very interesting to see your opinion, since in Colorado wax and shatter sales have dropped hard, and shatter is sort of seen as the lower tier since live has taken over. Maybe give some different live resin a try if you haven't liked what you've had.
Is it a gimmick as far as having crystals of THCa that big rather than busting them up and blending homogeneously with the terps? Sure. But it dabs better than shatter in my experience and I get a smoother hit from it.
