Cloning made EASY!!! No worries, no stress, just beautiful roots.

in #cannabis7 years ago (edited)

I have seen a good amount of posts lately of people cloning their cannabis plants. They seem to be using all of the old techniques I used to use when trying to clone. Mainly by using clonex rooting gel, putting the cutting in a medium, and then putting into some type of humidity dome. I suppose if it works for you and that's your preferred method, then by all means have at it. I just didn't have the best luck when I used that method, not sure why exactly, but it just seemed to have too many steps and too many things to go wrong, so I was on the search for a new solution. And boy did I find just what I was looking for!

The 'Clone King' checked all the boxes. The two main ones were success rate and ease of use. Most people who reviewed it on Amazon said they were having a 100% success rate which was exactly what I was looking for. On top of that, you don't need any clonex rooting gel or anything else for that matter, just this machine.

Secure the pump to the bottom and attach the sprayer, then fill it with water just below the sprayers and then PH it to 6.5 and you're essentially done. As always, you want to cut the new cutting at a 45 degree angle and as close to the main stalk as you can. Cut off existing lower fan leaves and nodes and trim the top fan leaves back about 50% to encourage root growth over vertical growth. Within 10-14 days I have been getting crazy roots and the success of the plants after being transplanted has been phenomenal.

I am so happy with this purchase because it honestly gives me the peace of mind I have never had before in cloning my lovey ladies.

In no way am I being paid to write this nor do I work for Clone King, I just thought it would be beneficial to others out there who have shared in my pain and frustration with traditional cloning techniques. If you end up buying this, let me know what you think!

The second picture I grabbed from Amazon, here is the link to the product on their site if you wanted more info or to purchase it. I feel like I should also mention that Amazon must have had a deal going on when I bought mine because I remember only playing like 60$ total, but even now I would buy it again because it just simply works so well.

Have you tried this machine before? Or what is your preferred method to cloning?

I like the foam plugs but this Aeroponic system is nice. But I want back into aquaponic systems!

I actually went with a hydro set up when I first started. The yields are supposedly better and they grow faster, but it's a lot more up keep and a lot less room for mistakes. I've found that soil also gives a better taste, but that's just my opinion on the matter.
