Ja, seit nun einer Woche ist Instagram nun Tante Emma frei, doch warum ist das so?
Instagram ließ uns vor einer Woche eine Mail zukommen, mit dem Hinweis, dass unser Account nun dauerhaft wegen Verstößen gegen die Community Richtlinien gesperrt ist.
Weiter Informationen zu den Verstößen bekamen wir leider nicht und auch auf unser Formular wurde bisher noch nicht reagiert.

So nun aber genug Mimimi, was wird also die Zukunft für uns bringen?
Okey wir trauern natürlich sehr um unseren Account, den wir in über 6 Jahren aufgebaut haben und der mittlerweile an die 16k Follower hatte. Dennoch war uns auch bewusst, dass gerade beim Thema Cannabis die Chance sehr hoch ist früher oder später eine Sperrung vorzufinden.

Nun eine Möglichkeit, wie es für uns nun weitergeht, ist die wunderbare Plattform Steemit, die uns seit dem wir dabei sind begeistert. Eine Plattform ohne Zensur, bei der wir uns auch als Cannabis Journalisten sicher fühlen können.
Wir werden unsere Social Media Aktivitäten voraussichtlich komplett auf Steemit und die, ich nenne sie mal , "Tochterplattformen" beschränken.

Doch mit unserem Account, ist natürlich auch unsere Finanzierungsmöglichkeit erstmal weg.
Und genau das stellt uns schon vor ein größeres Problem, bei dem wir unbedingt ansetzen müssen. Wir wollen frei berichten und aufklären können, somit bleiben gängige Methoden wie Artikel für Zeitschriften verfassen leider aus. Wir haben zwar auch einen kleinen Ebay-Shop, der uns sehr geholfen hat, jedoch hat auch Ebay vor wenigen Tagen den Hauptteil unserer CBD Produkte herausgenommen . Warum? Weil Ebay CBD für eine illegale Droge hält, auch Argumente, dass es eben Legal ist und selbst die WHO es als harmlos einstuft, stießen leider auf taube Ohren.

Nun stehen wir erstmal ratlos da und müssen uns überlegen, wie wir weitermachen um unser Team gerecht entlohnen zu können und um weiterhin auch unsere, wie wir finden wichtige Arbeit fortzusetzen und weiterhin die Menschen aufzuklären.

Instagram sent us a mail one week ago, saying that our account is now permanently suspended for Community Guidelines violations.
Unfortunately, we did not receive any further information about the violations and our form has not been answered yet.

So now enough Mimimi, so what will the future bring for us?
Of course we are very sorry for our account, which we have built up over 6 years and which had 16k followers by now. Nevertheless, we were also aware that especially with regard to cannabis the chance is very high sooner or later to get a ban.

Now one way, as it continues for us now, is the wonderful Steemit platform, which has inspired us since we were there. A platform without censorship, where we can also feel safe as a cannabis journalist.
We expect to completely restrict our social media activities to Steemit and, I call them, "subsidiary platforms".

But with our account, of course, our financing option is gone first.
And that is precisely what poses a major problem for us, which we absolutely must tackle. We want to be able to freely report and clarify, so that common methods such as writing articles for magazines are unfortunately out. Although we also have a small ebay shop, which helped us a lot, but Ebay has a few days ago removed the majority of our CBD products. Why? Because Ebay considers CBD to be an illegal drug, including arguments that it is legal and even the WHO classifies it as harmless, unfortunately fell on deaf ears.

Now we are at first helpless and have to think about how we can go on to be able to pay our team fairly and also how we continue our important work and educate people.
