I tried to install Version 0.7.0 that I found on another post but was unable, as the installation window stays stuck on Initialization.

Install a up-to-date Java version on your computer
Download the zip file: https://www.file-upload.net/download-13849224/nextvaliumgui-0.9.0.zip.html
Unpack the zip on your disk drive
If your are behind a proxy, enter your proxy data into nextvalium.ini
Double click on the .jar file
