Lexus CT – Designed for the Future
The Lexus CT 200h is a 5-door hybrid electric subcompact executive car produced by Lexus (Toyota) between 2011 and 2017. It is powered by a 1.8-liter hybrid petrol engine paired with a 60 kW (80 hp; 82 PS) electric motor, delivering a combined system output of 73 kW (98 hp; 99 PS). The vehicle features a 1.3 kWh nickel-metal hydride battery and an electronically controlled continuously variable transmission (eCVT).
The Lexus CT is a unique model within the Lexus lineup. It was the brand’s first luxury compact hybrid hatchback and the first model to introduce the signature Spindle Grille design.
The CT was offered in several variants, including the CT 200h, CT 300h, and CT 400h, with production debuting in the North American market, followed by Europe and Asia.
