Hello, my readers and everyone interested in Cardano and blockchain governance.

Voting Power: ₳ 773 034

My voting power increased a little bit. And that's good. That's good to have it at high level. What is high voting power? Many DREPs have millions, but more me 773K of ADA is huge amount. Just for "history", at the moment it is $189 988. So almost $200 000. For Ukraine, that's huge amount. But I hope my voting power will raise even more. I just need to restore my podcast, and be active, more active in the Cardano ecosystem. Time will tell.

Today I'm voting on 2 governance decisions.

1 . Pebble + Gerolamo - HLabs 2026 Budget

Voted No.

Reasoning: "The estimated USD budget is of $2,250,000 (or ₳6,428,571) + 25% in refundable contingency (₳1,607,143); for a total ask of 8,035,714 ADA." - This is huge budget and I see no point of dedicating it for this company. Such proposals can and should go via Project Catalyst. If the community and experts approve - Ok. But at the moment I don't support this idea.

2 . Cardano Summit 2026 and TOKEN2049 Singapore

Voted No.

Reasoning: Definitely No, this is HUGE waste of funds. Just for 2 events: "The Cardano Foundation and EMURGO teams are requesting a total of 14,076,539 ada $3,659,900". With CF I had negative experience. I don't know how now - but they paid Cardano ambassadors very small payments while paying themselves huge salaries. This is "the new establishment" - the ones whom we need to protect treasury from. We can do 100 or even 1000 events worldwide for this amount. If they want - they can also apply via Project Catalyst. Btw, at least for now other DREPs support me: only 6.99% Yes and 17.39% (₳ 1.00B) No.
