IOHK | PMO Project Goguen May 2018 update

In this update, project manager Gerard Moroney talks about the progress in the last month on Project Goguen; the initiative to deliver smart contracts capability to the Cardano platform. Among other achievements, we've launched our testnet where users can experiment with executing smart contracts written in Solidity.
