Before insulting a CALL CENTER AGENT , you should THINK TWICE
Being a call center agent is not an easy job. Imagine taking on the phone all day and providing help to client, whatever kind of help it is, either about a package or some computer and connection glitch. Add to that the staying up all night with sometimes difficult and irate customers. Do you know how to handle them?
Though it's true that there are number of benefits they can get experiencing high income. Despite of this, there are also struggles they face under the sun everyday. So before you insult them, Kindly refer to the guidelines from Gaylord dela Resma.
"GUIDE IN INSULTING CALLCENTER AGENTS
Spell check. Review your grammar. Callcenter agents don't just thrive on speaking english, they live to correct other's communication skills as well. There is nothing as embarrassing as a grammatically incorrect or unconsciously misspelled insult. The validity of your argument is directly proportional to your ability to spell. Remember that.
Make sure you have a better job. One that pays more and has more social impact. You don't want to be insulting callcenter agents on social media using your low end phone. That's just liable to get you bitch slapped by an iphone 7 or a Galaxy Note 8. So unless you are a movie star, a designer the likes of Monique Lhuillier or Jimmy Choo , or a bagman for the Ayalas I would advise against it. They give way to firefighters, civic volunteers or people who run marathons, but they sure won't bat an eyelash engaging with idiots like you.
If you absolutely have to insult them, don't do it on social media. Don't go into the lion's den thinking that the ability to bark is enough. Don't bring a spoon to knife fight. Don't go challenging people in their own homes. This is where they live. They own social media... And they can make or break you in spectacular fashion. Just as they can drive a million shares for missing children or random acts of kindness, these guys have access to a social footprint that can be bigger than the butt they just kicked.
If you failed to make it in the callcenter industry, don't be bitter. There are other ways to be socially relevant and productive in our society. You can be a doctor, an architect, a nurse, a lawyer. It is not a dead end job for those who cannot succeed in what they dreamed of being. The bpo industry is a developing field where we are just realizing what we can do and how we can change the world. You cannot study to be visionary. There is no course for defining the future. There is no board exam for differentiating the ogres of the past and the dreamers of the future.
Finally, if you're jobless, go find a job. Don't go insulting people as if the fact that you don't have work is a matter of choice, and not a result of your behavior and outlook. Failure is an event, not a person. It is certainly not a profession. The next time you look down on people and judge them for what they do, always remember that birds who soar to great heights will always look small to people who cannot."
