If it doesn't make that sound it's usually because it's recirculating back into the intake. The flutter sound is there when it's not, but does put a bit more stress on the compressor wheel blades and shortens the life of the turbo, but you get cool turbo sounds! Lol. I do like a 200sx!
That was super fluttery! I used to have a 200sx they sounded similar. My turbo never does that, I wonder why, it sounds so cool 😎
