The Madness of Islam

The dramatic horror stories we hear on TV echo the early days of Protestantism. The Iconoclasts stripped the churches of statuary and smashed the "sermons in stained glass". The Calvinists and Puritans sent emissaries to the Middle East and returned with Jewish dress and Mosaic restrictions. The Protestants became what they called the "New Jews" and forced European Christians to comply with an arbitrary selection of Talmudic prohibitions. They burned holy icons, paintings and books. They chased down defiant women and burned them as witches. They forbade dancing, representational art and all non-Jewish holidays.

It's true that today's Protestants have mellowed over the years -- of late they have become becalmed to the point where they have mostly abandoned the basic tenets of Christianity. Today's Protestants are indistinguishable from atheists. However, once upon a time they exhibited the same religious fervor that so obviously grips Islam. Looking at today's Protestants it's easy to forget the madness that once held them in thrall. Europeans are stubborn and did not like the Protestant restrictions. They quickly found ways around them, and so they will with Sharia Laws. One reason Muslims flee to once-Christian Europe is to escape the Talmudic Sharia Laws they have been subjected to in their own countries.

Islam, like other Protestant sects, is a dumbed-down Christianity-lite designed to give a veneer of respectability to sexual sin. Each denomination uses Sola Scriptura to give themselves permission to practice polygamy, divorce, child abuse, birth control and abortion, depending on the predilections of their particular cult leader.

The only significant difference between Islam and Protestantism is that the Sola Scriptura Christians claim to adhere to the bible compiled by Catholic scholars and theologians, while Muslims claim to adhere to commentaries on that same bible by various political leaders. Both groups pick and choose from the bible, ignoring the parts that are inconvenient to them.

Islamic and Protestant leaders all assign supreme authority to the state, and thus their congregations become malleable tools of the elites.

The various (over 40,000) denominations feel comfortable enough with their "pal" Jesus to correct, adapt, revise and redact His words. It has been left to the Catholic Church to share His words, unedited and uncensored still after 2000 years.

The Western World has lost its respect for God and His works. One of God's greatest works is His Church, and one of the greatest works of His Church is the bible.
