Why Is the Catholic Church the Only Organization Accused Almost Always Without Evidence?

The Catholic Church is constantly accused of covering up systemic satanic pedophile rings, and yet there is no evidence for this. I mean, we could have a witch hunt about it, but lynch mobs are illegal in civilized society. Oh yeah, and documents or reports aren't evidence. Just saying.
