Cat Company at Night II

Cats are nocturnal by nature and enjoy hunting during the night0time. While they enjoy extended periods of rest lasting for almost three quarters of a day, their window of rest can vary from day to day.

They may not even sleep during the night at all, running, playing and jumping around the bed may become a habit if left allowed to do. This can be detrimental to the sleep quality of a person and should be considered before allowing a cat free roam around the sleeping area.
