Sturgeon Caviar

There is one thing that I love from the bottom of my hearth, Sturgeon Caviar. Often called as the black gold, caviar has a long history in human gastronomy and is since many centuries one of the most indulgent and luxurious products that the sea can give. Yesterday I got some Caviar I ordered online. Check it out!

I ate my caviar in the good old fashioned way, creme fraiche and blinis!
