Oh, God, no. :-) We do not mean you the "good" users. We are doing this because of the thieves of the CC. They steal coins by buying them and using them on a massive scale. That's why we have made sending more difficult. It is only one of the few possibilities we have to take action against it.

No this is just a deflation system like the Bitcoins one. Or wish you a inflation system?
