I feel so tired today. That is strange. I had a good night’s sleep last night, and I didn’t do any strenuous work or exercises yesterday. I haven’t even begin my exercise regime today. So, why am I so tired?

I guess the tiredness is not so much physical, but mental. It being a rainy Monday didn’t help. It has been drizzling steadily the whole morning. The sky is grey and the day looks depressing. That must be it then. A spot of Monday blues – maybe.

Anyhow, the sun will shine again after the rain, and all will be well.
