How to Be a Graceful Communicator
I'm at a conference in Portland learning about the fine points of communication. Graceful communication.
For instance, did you know that repeating yourself is a good thing. It turns out repeating a phrase or an idea gives your credibility. If you repeat at thought at least three times, people will remember it.
Also, graceful communicators never run from a fight. They embrace the conflict. It gives them a chance to clear up the message and again, repeat yourself.
Oh, and on the subject of Fake News. Have the facts and the truth. Add a third-party to endorse your truth, find eyewitnesses, and don't hesitate to defend yourself.
In a nutshell, a few points on how to be graceful as a communicator.
