The Teutonic Knight
Greetings, friends.
The Teutonic Knight. He went through a lot of years so that I could see him and take this photo.
This knight lives in East Prussia, in Konigsberg, on the island of Kanta, where this ancient city was originally founded, which was destroyed by the British massive bombing in August 1944. As a result of these two powerful bombings, the historical center of the city was destroyed, including the island of Kneiphof, which is now called Kant, and more than 6,000 civilians were killed.

The Konigsberg Castle. The only building that was rebuilt on the island after these bombings. More precisely, it continued to be destroyed during the Soviet era, and it was decided to restore it only in 2015. It turns out that during the Soviet era, no one was interested in history, and no one needed tourism. But now East Prussia is one of the most important tourist destinations not only among Russians, but also among foreign tourists, especially in Germany.
Friends, thank you for your attention.
