Hello everyone 🌸

Over the past few months, I’ve been traveling quite often. Each trip usually takes several days because of the long distances involved. That also means I need to take breaks along the way. One of my favorite stops has become Samut Songkhram, as I can no longer drive more than about 11 hours a day without feeling leg pain and body aches.

I really enjoy Samut Songkhram—it’s a small province but full of charm, with many interesting attractions and lovely cafés to explore. And the best part is… whenever I stop at a café here, I never seem to get lost—unlike in bigger cities! 😅

Whenever I stay in Samut Songkhram, I usually search for a beautiful café close to where I’m staying. That’s how I came across Aomkod Cafe’ & Bistro—a waterfall café that feels just like being in the middle of a forest, gently covered with a light mist. 🌿☕✨

What I love most about this place is its lush and shady atmosphere. There’s a spacious garden with a small man-made waterfall set right in the middle, surrounded by tall trees and beautiful ferns that make it feel as natural as possible. It even has that forest-like vibe, with butterflies fluttering around the leaves—such a peaceful and delightful sight to watch. 🦋🌳💧

After taking plenty of photos of the outdoor scenery, I decided to move inside and sit by the glass windows, where I could still enjoy the garden view outside. Not long after, the rain began to pour down heavily, creating such a cozy and refreshing atmosphere. 🌧️☕🌿

Not long after, the food and drinks I ordered were served—and they turned out to be the signature style of this café. The presentation looked almost like an offering set for the sacred, with the glass wrapped in colorful fabric, giving it the feeling of a drink prepared to honor the gods. The taste was just as impressive—absolutely delicious. 🌈🙏🍹

After finishing my meal, I went to pay the bill, but I still wanted to capture a few more photos. The café has two floors, and I hadn’t yet explored the second one. Upstairs, the space is decorated with beautiful artificial flowers, creating another charming corner for pictures. I spent some time taking photos before heading back to my hotel, as I needed to leave early the next morning. 🌸📸🏨

Visiting Aomkod Cafe’ & Bistro was such a refreshing break during my journey. From the peaceful garden with its little waterfall to the cozy indoor space where I enjoyed watching the rain, every corner had its own charm. The creative presentation of the drinks and the warm atmosphere made the experience feel both unique and memorable.

If you ever find yourself traveling through Samut Songkhram, I highly recommend making a stop here. Whether you’re looking for a quiet place to rest, a lovely spot for photos, or simply a chance to enjoy good food and drinks surrounded by nature, this café will not disappoint. 🌿☕📸
