"Photograph of Calendula flower seeds"
Greetings
Photograph of Calendula flower seeds:
Even though winter has passed, the captured photographs remain perpetually bright and fresh, helping us hold fast to the memories of the past. I took these pictures in the flower garden at our 'Sarojini Hostel.' Our garden is currently bursting with blooms. The flowers are all fresh and exquisitely beautiful. We water them daily and tend to them with great care. Most of the flowers here are winter varieties. Visiting the flower garden always lifts my spirits. From among the diverse array of flowers in the garden, today I would like to share with you some images capturing the mature stage of the 'Calendula' flower.
Calendula flowers belong to the 'Daisy' family. They are often referred to as 'Marigolds.' These flowers are incredibly beautiful to behold; their petals, in particular, are quite striking. This is because the petals of the Calendula flower have a somewhat wavy or crinkled texture, and the intricate color patterns within the flower's center make them even more visually captivating.
Interestingly, the seeds of this flower develop in a manner similar to those of the sunflower. Once the petals have fallen away, it appears as though another green flower has bloomed within. This inner structure constitutes the flower's seeds, and individually, each seed bears a resemblance to an aquatic insect. The seeds are arranged in a remarkably orderly fashion; so, let us take a quick look at the final stage of this flower's development...
I hope you will really like the photographs I shared today. Thank you very much for taking the time to read my post. Stay well and healthy everyone.
