โอ๊ยยยยย! พี่น้องครับ! ใครไหวไปก่อนเลย แต่พี่สากลไม่ไหวแล้วครับ เพราะเมนู "บ้านๆ" วันนี้ มันทำลายล้างสูงมาก! มันคือความฟินแบบลูกทุ่งที่ภัตตาคารหรูระดับดาวมิชลินก็ให้ไม่ได้! วันนี้เรามาสาย "แซ่บ แสบ นัว" แบบไม่ต้องเกรงใจใคร

มาดูกันครับว่าทำไมผมถึงตื่นเต้นขนาดนี้:

• ตำถั่วฝักยาว: จานนี้ไม่ใช่เล่นๆ นะครับ! ถั่วฝักยาวสดๆ กรอบๆ โดนสากกระแทกให้แหลกพอน้ำซึมเข้าเนื้อ "กรุบ! กรอบ! แซ่บ!" รสชาติน้ำยำ เปรี้ยว เผ็ด เค็ม หวานนิดๆ มันแทรกซึมเข้าไปในทุกอณูของถั่ว กินคำไหน สะดุ้งคำนั้น!
