Horseback on Ain Errahma Mountain (A Day with Hbara)
Me and Hbara, first ride, big smile.
Hello Steemians,
I spent a day horseback riding on Ain Errahma Mountain and met a gentle white mare named Hbara . It was my first ride on a mountain trail full of nervous laughs, small victories, and wide views. Below are the moments I captured and a short guide if you want to try it yourself.
Ready to Go (The First Smile)
Me, excited to go riding that first smile before the saddle.
I arrived early with a big smile and a flutter in my chest. There’s a small, quiet energy at stables in the morning: soft nickers, the smell of hay, and people preparing the horses. I felt instantly alive.
Meeting Hbara (My First Ride)
Hbara a calm white mare who helped me find confidence.
Hbara was calm and patient. For a first ride she was perfect: slow when I needed slow, steady when I wanted to trust the rhythm. The first minutes were about learning to sit with the horse’s movement and to feel the reins without pulling.
On the Mountain Trail
Following the trail the mountain gives small surprises at every step.
The path winds slowly upward, sometimes narrow, sometimes opening into terraces and rocky clearings. Riding here is different from an arena: the ground changes, the wind speaks, and the horse chooses confident footwork over speed.
Guiding Hbara
Small signals, quiet trust guiding Hbara along the trail.
I learned to steer with gentle cues and subtle weight shifts. Hbara answered kindly, as if we were discovering the trail together. The guide at the stable was close by, ready to help, which made me calmer and more adventurous.
My Time in the Saddle
There were short stretches where I just breathed and watched the world go by. Riding gives a new pace to observing: slower than walking, but more intimate than driving.
Pause at the High Point (A Quiet Hug)
Hugging Hbara at the viewpoint a pause and a thank you.
At the highest viewpoint we stopped. I hugged Hbara, took a few deep breaths, and we posed for photos. The light was soft and the valley below looked calm a perfect reward for the small climb.
The View from the Mountain
From the peak you can see long lines of hills and the patchwork of fields below. It felt like the world had slowed down enough for us to notice the colors and shapes.
Ain Errahma panorama, where the world feels simple and big.

Final Thoughts
This ride was a small, luminous experience: first-time nerves turned into soft laughter, a steady mare named Hbara, and a view that stayed with me. If you ever find yourself near Ain Errahma, try a short trail ride it’s a simple way to feel connected to place and animal.
