my story today : It's time to go home and recover.
Hello, my lovely friends!
After my daughter returned home to rest, we have many more activities to do, especially for me – the housework has increased, and I have to take care of my daughter more closely than before. This is because on September 17th, I have to take her back to the hospital for a follow-up checkup. Recovering at home has its advantages because there's plenty of space for her to walk around and she won't get bored like she did at the hospital. And most importantly, she has a playmate now – my eldest daughter.
The first thing I did when I woke up in the morning was check on the plants I planted two weeks ago. They're still so small! They haven't grown at all, haha, but I understand it takes time. After spending time exploring the house that I've been away from for about two weeks, it was time to prepare breakfast for my youngest daughter. My eldest daughter went to school early this morning.
This morning, my little one's first meal was macaroni. She said she really wanted to eat it. I'm so happy to see she's so energetic and enjoying her meal. I used to think that people recovering might not have much appetite, but it's the opposite. After eating, my daughter had to practice sucking on a ball to expand her lungs. She also had to go to school, as she's been homeschooling for several days. After teaching my daughter, I continued with the housework until it was time to pick up my older daughter.
My eldest daughter is back, and my youngest has a playmate after being lonely home alone. My daughters had a balloon-blowing competition. At first, my youngest didn't want to blow balloons, but with her older sister nearby, she started to enjoy it too. This time, my youngest blew up a much bigger balloon. I understand that she needed a playmate to motivate her and exercise her lungs. In the afternoon, when they started to get hungry,
I took the children for a bath and made my youngest daughter some noodle soup again. She ate a lot before dinner, and I was so happy. I want my daughter to gain weight and become healthier. That's my activities for the day.
