Hello, my dear friends!
It's a very cool morning today; the weather is absolutely wonderful. At 7 am, I drove my daughter to school. There's a slight fog, but not too much, making the air pleasantly cool. I came back and did my usual housework until 1 pm. After my daughter finished school, I took her to our favorite steamed bun shop. When we got back, I had something to tell you about my day and shared what I cooked for breakfast. That's a brief overview of my day that I wanted to share with you all.

After dropping my daughter off at home, it was time for housework. I started by sweeping, washing pots and dishes, and tidying up. Then came the hard work, haha! The hard work was ironing a huge pile of clothes. Ironing isn't something I really enjoy, but I have to do it for my daughter and family. After finishing the ironing, I got hungry and took a break to eat. Then my youngest daughter woke up and stood nearby. Ironing took quite a while because I was watching TV series at the same time, or sometimes just listening to it for entertainment. I definitely made the most of my time, haha! Does anyone else do this?

After 2 PM, when my daughters are home from school, we take a bath and eat the food we've prepared. Afterward, my youngest daughter wants to go to our favorite steamed bun shop. My husband readily agrees. It's about a 15-minute drive to our favorite shop. The food is delicious, the place is clean, and the drinks are tasty. My youngest daughter ate one steamed bun and one dumpling, and that was enough to fill her up, along with a refreshing honey lemon drink. The shop is always very crowded, no matter what time you go – it's really great! It used to be a small shop, but now it's become a big one, which is great. I'm one of the main supporters, a regular customer! Haha!

Tonight it's time to make dinner. I started cooking around 5 PM because I'm a fast cook. Beforehand, I had already prepared the ingredients, washed them, and put them in the refrigerator, so it wasn't difficult at all. Today I only chose two dishes, but they both contain eggs, vegetables, and meat. The first dish is stir-fried cabbage with pork, onions, and carrots; my husband and children really like this one. My second dish is stir-fried okra with eggs, a simple but nutritious meal. As for my father-in-law, I steamed fish for him, as usual, because he says fish is easy to digest for him due to his age. I didn't object...😊😊

IMG_20260908_181545.jpgLet's have fun playing with dough!

The children ran in and out to watch me cook, then asked permission to mix the flour and play with it next door. But playing with flour is better than playing with mobile phones, because it's harmless and allows the children to use their creativity to mold what they're playing with. After I finished cooking, I went to watch my husband water the plants, then we both took a bath and had dinner. That's my story for today. Thank you for reading. I hope you enjoyed my article today. See you again in the next one. Bye!
