Flying pole

I’ve been wanted to try flying pole for ages now but it’s very hard to find classes as it’s still pretty niche. I’ve been seeing it pop up on my fb reels quite a bit and always thought how fun it looks. I finally found a class and had my first go. It’s definitely challenging but was also a lot of fun. Half the poles were silicone so you don’t need skin to grip in the same ways as you do the metal ones.
