Silks

I accidentally signed up for silks last night I thought you could choose hoop or silks but they meant you split the class. So I had a go at my third circus discipline on top of pole and hoop. I did enjoy it but it didn’t feel quite as natural as the other two. I think all the sports cross over a bit as you are building strength and flexibility.

I could see them doing straps in the other room and that also looked fun. I do genuinely wish I got into these types of sports years and years ago but I am glad I found them now. It’s just so much more fun working towards something that looks pretty than just repeating the same stuff in the gym.
