BEAUTIFUL FIESTA

Hello Lovely people of Steemit.

Please allow me to take you today to the place where my heart really belongs...... My hometown, San fabian in the province of Pangasinan, Philippines.

I miss this town a lot, I'ts a beautiful, simple town where most people know's each other, and Bayanihan (helping each other), is very much alive in this part of the Philippines.

We recently held our Feast or Fiesta as we called it. We celebrate it in commemoration of Saint Fabian, where it named after our town.

Feast of San Fabian town is exciting, there is lots of events like singing contest, beauty pagent, shows, gay beauty pagent, disco of town, parade, street dancing and many more. The big event held on January 18 - 19,

In part of the event, the local municipality held a farmer's market to show each District (Baranggay) there best product or delicacies.

Fiestas or Feast are always exciting, their vibrant colors and a jolly community with lots of palatable foods are always anticipated. It is one of my Favourite culture of my country, "The Fiestas".
