In my opinion every NEW ICO sale should be in the form of a "SELL WALL" in The DEX. Private sale and wholesale investors effectively destroys the confidence to the issuer, so at least it was in my case...

I would like to see Sell Walls on these (eg.) markets instead:

Centz:OPEN.USD
Centz:OPEN.BTC
Centz:OPEN.CNY
Apptrade:OPEN.USD
Apptrade:OPEN.BTC
Apptrade:OPEN.CNY

And every person who do not have an account could buy tokens through site.
However, the transaction at the same time took place on the DEX behind the back.
Until then I'm out.
