Deja de buscar la Felicidad
A veces, lo único que puedes hacer es dejar de buscar, si estas en un punto en tu vida donde todo se ve genial desde el exterior, pero aún así sientes que algo falta, es frustrante cuando sabemos que debemos ser felices y, sin embargo, algo no está bien, una parte de tu vida falta, la felicidad.
Darnos cuenta de que no somos felices, no es algo que queremos admitir a nosotros mismos, suena tan triste y deprimente, gastamos recursos con la esperanza de encontrar no solo una solución, sino encontrar múltiples, queremos probarlas todas, pero es por eso que no funciona, así no es como sucede el cambio, leer libro tras libro y educarte sobre la felicidad sin ninguna acción real no te hará una persona más feliz, solo te hará una persona más educada en la felicidad.
Deja de buscar la felicidad y céntrate en sentirla, crea pasos de acción simples que te permitan enfocarte más en ti mismo, deja atrás tus ansiedades por encontrar la solución, y comienza a vivir, empieza a aprender todo de nuevo, deja atrás lo que sientes que deberías hacer y comienza a hacer lo que tu cuerpo y mente quieran hacer.
Se más consciente de lo que estás haciendo; tomate un tiempo para ti, para enfocar todos tus sentidos, ese solo acto de vivir más consciente puede ser transformador en tu calidad de vida, recurrir a la atención plena puede ayudarte a aprender lo que realmente necesitas para sentir la alegría interior y la paz que tanto deseas, es importante vivir de acuerdo con lo que tu cuerpo y tu mente te dicen, tu cuerpo nunca quiere hacerte daño, entonces, ríndete a sus buenos deseos, tal vez descubras sobre ti mismo en el proceso.
