Calm your thoughts: meditate #4
You have been feeling lately, worried. You have not managed to sleep or rest? Today friends of Steemit, I will talk about an activity that will allow you to calm the mind and of course, your thoughts. It is about meditation, which is a mental process, that will allow you to calm your mind. There are many ways to meditate, the one that I have applied, has brought me good benefits and today I present them to you.
Meditation can be, at any time of day. Some people, practice at dawn. I, for my part, take 5 minutes of my time, before sleeping, to meditate. When you have selected the moment, you should only look for a secluded place without noise. As for example your room, to be at peace. Sit with your back straight and your legs relaxed. Some people, use the position of lotus flower. I, on the other hand, meditate sitting, without any special position.
With only 10 minutes that you take of your time, you are already meditating, you only have to stop your thoughts and make conscious breaths. While you breathe, watch how you relax each part of your body. Relax, calm your mind. Stop those negative thoughts. Concentrate on breathing and calming your thoughts. Meditation eliminates the "I can not", stop the flow of negative thoughts, help you eliminate stress, helps you to have harmony and be aware of yourself
