How to earn money if I don't have many followers?
What is your key to success? I see that those who have many subscribers in youtube make very good money. But I make only pennies as I don't have many followers. What do I suppose to do to get good money? Thanks!
Make a good content and pick some beautiful photos to the post then you can attract someone to upvote you.

YouTube people make good money because they have put in time and effort to learn what people like and then created superior content regularly. Thus, when they joined this platform, they brought some of their following here.
Steemit is a new platform.
Newbies like you and me have a chance to understand and do the same...
Keep making valuable posts for a particular set of audience and hopefully, you will also start making some bucks.
Just know that it is definitely going to take some time and effort.

Just post as many great posts as you can, while also posting great comments on other posts to connect with people. Over time you will grow a following, and most likely be able to earn some money ;)

How much you earn per vote is affected by the Steem Power of the user who is voting for you, not how many followers you have. But I suppose popular users with lots of followers also have a higher ratio of followers with much Steem Power, so that's why they get more per vote.
I wish I knew. I'm almost at 300 followers but I don't earn much as well.

If you put more effort on your post, I think many people will follow you;)
Find a niche and put out entertaining videos. If there's a demand not being met, be the one to fill it :)
try to make some followers or earn curator rewards only.
