Resteem to be Resteemed - What people resteem !
I converted my group with more than 19000 memebers into a group for steemit users to help them improve but most of them they don't even think about improving and keep spaming there like crazy and when I tell them follow the rules they get out from the group !
YOU HAVE TO REMAMBER : ''NO BODY WILL RESTEEM YOUR POSTS IF YOU WILL NOT DO THE SAME FOR THEM !''
What the hell, the idea about the group is to resteem to be resteemed, that mean you resteem members from the group and other members will resteem your posts also, but the thing that I am seeing is that people like to resteem people that earned few hundreds dollars that don't even need that resteem because they already earn from each post very well !
And they don't like to resteem other people to help them grow or even to resteem someone to post in a big group to grow themselfs !
How you can't understand the idea is very helpful, because not the upvotes will make you popular, the resteem will make you popular and make you grow !
Think before you do something, you are not a robot, you are people !

I block a lot of people because they don't follow the rules and just post like spammers ! I am tired to do that, just few people follow the rules !
You will get curation rewards ONLY if you have UPVOTED any posts of other's that you resteem.
I would suggest that you only resteem posta that you really like or think other members will like (don't resteem junk, it will create a bad image of yourself in the mind of other members)

Many people just think for themselves. They want to make the most profit and not acting as a group together. My thoughts. J
Seems like some people tend to forget easily that they were once at the bottom too. Helping each other benefits both involved.
It helps the original poster because they may be getting more and different exposure from the resteem; which could lead to more comments and, if all goes right, another resteem to yet another group of unknown people. (see the domino effect happening). And out of those unknown people who have now been exposed to the original poster, they may follow. think six degrees removed as we are all connected somewhere down the line
It also helps the resteemer in this way- they resteemed the original post and within their group of followers a few people who the resteemer does not know of or follow has now seen the resteemer's name- they share some interests and now the resteemer has more traffic through his or her page and posts; hence leading to new followers, comments and perhaps a resteem or two.
My explanation may sound confusing, which I am sure it does as I re-read it a few times- sorry for that. But this gal has seen how I get connected to people I never would have thought to follow or had never seen online before and they have been a benefit for connecting with.
If I see @clixmoney resteemed a post and I read then comment on it, I will scroll through ALL the other comments and usually find one person (if not more) to follow. I then move on to commenting. I will comment to people on his post that I never knew and the connection is made.
I will only resteem any content I like or think the Steemit community will find useful. I am very selective and not part of a resteem for resteem group.
I write occasionally about what I want to write about, that way there is more passion in the writing, not just a simple meme, or video with no extra words written.
I upvote only what I like or find beneficial either to myself or to others, I don't participate in pay for upvote groups that vote without even reading the posts or comments.
I will grow slowly, as most of the whales did, we must remember they have been here for over a year most them, I believe there are too many new accounts who have big dreams but no patience to wait to reach their big goals.
I wish all Steemians well in their journey to reach their goals.
in the group you don't have to resteem all the posts there you can resteem just the post that you like and post, and people will resteem your post if they like it, I don't force people to resteem, just the idea is good, people are resteeming others any way !
