I certainly can! I gave up coffee a few months ago and I still want it. But it's a coffee world and I still have to live in it... It will always be a great love of mine <3
actually its really funny that you said that, I too also gave up coffee about 2 weeks ago because it was affecting my sleep..but virtual coffee is always good. I have been drinking green tea since.
I switched to tea, like black tea, earl grey, or orange pekoe. I always loved lattes in particular. The milk with the coffee just really hits the spot for me. Good luck on your no coffee journey
Well i did too, at first. What has helped me the most is the fact I started feeling dizzy after drinking it. I think it's bc I'm gluten intolerant and coffee has a similar protein structure to it..But anyhow that, and I've allowed myself to have an occasional starbucks. It's not a kiss goodbye for eternity ;)
For me either realistically I can't shake it, the smell of coffee is something I am willing to suffer a night of restless sleep once in a while :) I think my coffee habit started with I started working at an IT job, the demand to stay awake is constant so I used to go through 2 pods a day!
:) thank u , hope you enjoyed my virtual coffee....can you taste it? :)
