This challenge is designed to promote healthy eating habits during the blessed month of Ramadan by encouraging the preparation of natural herbal beverages and fresh, nutritious salads.
Ramadan is a time of spiritual reflection, discipline, and balance. However, long fasting hours require proper hydration and light nourishment to maintain energy and digestive health. Unfortunately, heavy fried foods and sugary drinks are commonly consumed at iftar, often leading to fatigue, dehydration, and stomach discomfort.
Through this challenge, we aim to guide the Steemit community toward healthier Ramadan choices by combining herbal knowledge with balanced nutrition.
Together, we will provide participants with practical skills that improve wellbeing while keeping meals delicious and refreshing.

Hey this is nevlu123. I live in Bangladesh and I am working on this platform as a hobby. I like working here because I can easily share my favorite things with everyone.
