I appeared in the 30th season of the Steemit Challenge with my application post. I have prepared a topic for this application. This is Iftar item. That is, I have appeared with some recipes for snacks or various healthy foods that we eat during Iftar. Since the month of Ramadan will start in a few days and during this entire month, everyone will fast all day and break their fast in the evening. And if there is a delicious and healthy snack during Iftar, then it is seen that it is not only good to eat but also very beneficial for our health. And I have appeared among you with some such recipes. Each recipe I prepare may be common or uncommon for many. However, through this, everyone will get the opportunity to make one beautiful and tempting recipe every week. And that is why I thought of preparing the recipe and sharing it with everyone. I hope that the application post will be taken into consideration.

🍤🦐🍽️ Special Recipe's of Ramadan Iftar -6 Weeks, 6 New Ideas

1st Week: Egg chop

Topic:- One of the common recipes among the Iftar items is Egg Chop. Which is made with eggs. It can be made in different ways. However, I will make a different recipe by making a potato mixer and adding boiled eggs in it. This chop is made with potato mixer and eggs along with various spice items. It is a healthy recipe as well as fun to eat.

Week 2: Doi-Chira/ Yogurt desert

Topic:-The soaked chira is made with sour curd or sweet curd along with some fruits and dates. This is a delicious and very healthy dish. After fasting for the whole day, if you eat this curd chira in the evening during iftar, then your body will regain peace. And it is not only fun to eat but also very healthy. It is liked by everyone from children to adults.

Week 3: Cheakpea salad

Topic:- During Ramadan, a raw chickpea salad is prepared with roasted chickpeas during Iftar. It is made with chickpeas and various salad ingredients. This chickpea salad is made by using cucumber, carrot, tomato, onion, green chili, etc. along with any kind of pickle to add a little sour flavor and some other ingredients. Which is incredibly fun to eat. And it is a very healthy salad.

Week 4: Chicken Roll

Topic:- Since everyone likes to eat fried items, chicken rolls are a great option. They can be frozen. This is why you can make them fried and eat them during Iftar. One such recipe is made with chicken and various vegetables. If you don't want to add vegetables, you can also make it with chicken only. Make a thin dough with flour and shape it like bread. Then roll it with the chicken filling that will be made, roll it in breadcrumbs and make it.

Week 5:Chicken Nuggets

Topic:- These are made by mixing minced chicken or blended chicken with a few ingredients and spices to a uniform size. After that, they can be prepared by dipping them in egg and then coating them in breadcrumbs. They can be fried and eaten at any time. If you fry them before iftar, you will have a great and tasty snack.

Week 6: Vegetable Chop

Topic: Different types of vegetables will be very healthy for Iftar. Because since we are fasting all day, it is very good if we can eat healthy food. By adding different types of vegetables and some spices, it is made into chops. And this is also a very good food for Iftar items.
