Week 1:Healthy Breakfast (No Fry)This week, you need to prepare a simple and nutritious breakfast. It can be made with vegetables or fruits.
Week 2:Steam MagicThis week we have to make steamed healthy food. It can be Steamed Vegetable Momos, Steamed Chicken, anything.
Week 3:One Pot Healthy MealThis week, you will need to cook in a pot with less oil. For example, vegetable khichdi or mixed vegetables.
Week 4:Baked / Oven DishThis week, you will need to prepare food using the oven or stovetop method, such as baked chicken, baked vegetables, etc.
