“Healthy Cooking Without Fry”( 6 week plan )
Week 1:Fresh Start (No Oil Basics)This week, It is very easy to cook and requires no oil. You can make boiled egg salad or vegetable soup. I will show you the entire processing of this recipe.
Week 2:Steam Power MagicThis week, I have to make steamed dishes. For example, recipes like vegetable momos, steamed pudding. I will make one of these and show the entire processing.
Week 3:One Pot Wonder MealThis week, you have to cook everything in one pot. For example, you can cook khichdi or mix vegetables. I will make a recipe from here and share the entire processing.
Week 4:Bake & GlowThis week you will have to make baked food in the oven or on the stove. You can make baked chicken or baked vegetables. I will share the full processing of one of the recipes from here.
Week 5:Raw & Real NutritionThis week you will have to prepare raw or lightly cooked food. For example, you will have to prepare any food with salad, fruit, etc. I will make and show you such a beautiful recipe.
Week 6:Guilt-Free Sweet TreatsThis week, you need to make sweet but healthy foods, such as milk custard, nut balls, and banana cookies. I will show you the entire process of making any recipe from here.
