Steemit and the new golden age

In today's world many are at a financial disadvantage right from birth, we are born into a society that believes that money is the measure of anyone's worth . We all joined steemit in order to start combating this inequality and to be able to pay in forward in a whole new way . I only heard about steemit several months ago , and the way my friend talked about it made me think "this is going to be world changing .

Finally we have a platform capable of equalizing our chances through steemit , finally we can pay it forward on a whole other level , and finally we can all start helping others even if we know not who they are or where they come from .

We have been given a truly wonderful opportunity here , we stand at the turning point of an entire world . As the economic downfall continues to threaten the very values of our own fiscal dollars , we have the opportunity to embrace a new way of thinking and a new way to perform commerce in this ever changing jungle .

Many of us have been raised in a world where "they" say work hard , earn , and enjoy later . The people that tell us these clichés are the ones cleaning house off our hard work while they live the high life. The generation I was born into has been indoctrinated with the same old same old , being told that we must work ourselves to death in order to enjoy life in our late 60s . The problem with the way their plan has worked is that retirement keeps getting pushed further and further away . At age 34 I have 33 years of work left before I can collect a pension , the age of retirement has been pushed 2 years further , and that is if there is a pension to collect for my generation .

I'm by no means trying to be doom and gloom , I'm simply trying to paint a picture of what the 90% of us have faced our entire lives . It's not that people that accumulated wealth are bad people or lazy , it comes down to the fact that they just don't understand the struggle of earning 25 dollars or less and being forced to spend it all to have our basic needs .

When I found out about steemit , I though " wow this could be the way out for the many , this could be the invention that shakes the establishment and ushers in the equality and freedom that many of us have invisioned for our whole lives .

I'm going to head off topic for a spell and mention a man that would have loved the idea of steemit, and in fact the smartphones and computer screens that we use this platform on are due in many aspects to the inventions that he devised almost 100 years ago . Now if anyone had a guess as to who I'm talking about you may say Nikola Tesla , and if any of you had that name rolling around in your heads you would be 100% correct . This brilliant man had a dream , of free energy for the masses and workloads on us that would pale in comparison to our 60 hour work weeks and second jobs . This man believed in machines that would allow us to do what we need to do and prevent us from working our lives away .

This platform called steemit can be the new dawn for us all here . It can reduce the amount of time we spend breaking our backs and reward us for creativity instead of killing ourselves to live . Tesla would have loved the idea of steemit .

Since I was young I imagined the future as a utopia that we could all be productive in different ways than we are today . With contributions to music, poetry ,science and humanity in a whole new way . Instead of doing the grunt work all the time we could really let ourselves shine . And we now can , we can live in a world where we worry not about the next paycheck and if rent , food and electricity will be on the menu for the next month. Yes we can worry about making the world a better place for us all , not just the privileged few that have won the lotto since birth .

It is our calling on this earth to end the suffering and slavery that we call everyday life . It is our responsibility to use this great power for good and generosity instead of greed . It is our duty as humans to be the change we would like to see and it our responsibility to use our wisdom not only for ourselves , but every other soul on this wild rollercoaster ride we call life .

The universe has spoken to us , as it has tried to many times before , however ; this time the universe is shouting it out loud , sharing it with all , and allowing us to decide the fate of our existence as a collective .

Steemit has given us the tools that have been in front of us all along , but ; have been misused for selfish agendas in the past , now is our time to shine through the distractions and make a difference in our world one upvote or share at a time . We have always had the power however misplaced it might have been.

I believe in a world of 100% equality and I believe with all my heart and soul that it can and will happen in my very life time . We can and will make this plane of existence absolutly awesome for our children and some day soon our grandchildren as well . I for one don't want to be remembered as the generation that laid down and gave up , I want us all to be remembered as the generation that started the brand new golden age and tore us all from the darkness that has consumed us for far too long .

Steemit is our way of collectively cutting through the lies of the past and turning our knowledge into wisdom . We have an enormous opportunity to right all the wrongs and end the suffering of others . We have the ability now to pay it forward with no expectations , to complete strangers I might add . The love and possitivity that the universe has thrust upon us shall shine through the darkness and allow us to live as the creator intended from the dawning of human kind .

Brother and Sisters of the steemit community, I will shout it from the rooftops " now is our time to shine , today is our day , and today WE CAN AND WILL CHANGE THE WORLD ." Let's bring to reality the vision of a man that had our best interests in mind , let's pay it forward to a soul that believed in us all , let's all work together and make this utopia a reality , and let's let no one stop us . WE HAVE THE POWER , it has always been here, moreover ; today will be the day that we remember what that power is , that power is togetherness , that power is love , and that power is working to create positivity in each and everyone of us .

My friends here on steemit " there is a way out of this grind we the masses face " . We are at the point of least resistance and today is our moment to start believing these lighbulbs that flash in our heads . Today is the day we begin again to create a place for all of us to be Kings and Queens again . Now is the time for riches and luxuries for ALL .

Stand together with steemit and let's share the future today . Let's share the love and riches with the whole world and let's end the struggle for everyone , not just the entitled few. We are all worth, it we are all capable of it , and it will take all of us to make it happen .
