Charles Bridge Prague
The Charles Bridge construction started in 1357 under the patronage of King Charles IV and was finished at the early beginning of the 15th century. This bridge is the one of many similar examples to show us how investment made in a present time can be beneficial for centuries.
The bridge is 621 meters (2,037 ft) long and nearly 10 meters (33 ft) wide. Back in the days this bridge was strategical object and for that reason is protected by three bridge towers, two of them on the Lesser Quarter side (Mala Strana) and the third one on the Old Town( Stare Mesto) side.
Take a peek at this beautiful gothic style bridge, and come to visit ;).
That's really unique.... I love it
