I've been keeping an eye on the market too. Found a few foreclosure recently that I need to go see how they stack up.
Most of houses are back to bubble levels right now like 2007. I would wait for the bubble to pop again... maybe in 2-3 years. I believe you can get most of these homes at a 50% lower rate. 😳😀
