200 invites = $6 in steem + Reruiter+ Rank.
300 invites = $9 in steem + Reruiter++ Rank.
400 invites = $12 in steem or level 1 perk rank + Reruiter<3 Rank.
500 invites = $15 in steem or level 1 perk rank + ReruiterOP Rank.
